EBTC‘s New Building in Berlin
God is doing a unique work in Germany and in Europe. Now, God is leading us to build a multifunctional facility for EBTC classrooms and offices for EBTC & TMAI/GMI Europe, conference center, publishing house, studios, guest rooms and our Lighthouse church-plant on 25,000 sq ft (2,330 m2). You can be part of the growing ministry and have an eternal impact in Germany, Europe and beyond!
Being driven by 2. Timothy 2:2 we have seen the training expanded from Berlin in 2001 to Zurich in 2006, Rhineland in 2011 and Vienna in 2016. Until now we added a publishing house and online courses including Bible Survey which has grown to being taught in 25 German churches, 10 European countries and requests beyond Europe. Today we have over 1,000 students per year in Bible Survey.
We have been compelled to expand our training and office facilities in order to meet the need for our growth by renting new facilities and collaborating with other churches. That is why we have been led to the decision to build a facility that would host our ministries and even more. A new building has been the desire of our heart for the last five years. Now God has provided a good and suitable location near the airport, freeway, public transportation and close to where most of our staff lives.
The new building project is a means in fulfilling the Great Commission through: teaching God‘s word, training God‘s people and serving God‘s church. We are convinced that this new building is essential to disciple churchmen for the next generation. The benefits of the building will be remarkable. For our training we will benefit from the ease of use, a greater capacity for up to 450 attendees and the expansion of our curriculum. Our leadership teams brings 110 years of training to the table and is faithful and committed to our mission to to disciple churchmen for the next generation.
We pray and invest ourselves to see a multiplication of fruit by:
- training men from different European regions for church leadership, training and church plants
- being a model for churches and a model for training ministries
- developing other Training Centers.
This building will help to expand our ministry exponentially by providing enough workspace for our staff as ministry grows. We will be able to host our classes conferences and seminars instead of having to rent other facilities. In the long run this building will save us not only high costs for rent, but also create revenue and make funds available to be invested in the ministry we have in Europe.
With the new facility we will reduce expenses by $ 132k per year. To accomplish this project, we need $ 3 million until completion.
